Why Do Products Take 10–20 Business Days to Arrive?
We work with international suppliers in Europe and Asia in order to offer products at prices well below the market average.
When you place an order, we forward it to our suppliers, and they ship the product directly to your home.
Do All Purchases Include a Tracking Code?
Yes. We only work with reliable suppliers who always provide a tracking code to ensure safety and peace of mind for your order.
When Will I Receive My Tracking Code?
You will receive your tracking code by email within 3–5 business days after purchase. This timeframe is required by our suppliers (the factories that manufacture the products).
What Is the Warranty Period?
Our warranty period is up to 30 business days.
