FAQ, SHIPPING, WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY

Failure to contact the merchant prior to filing a chargeback may result in the dispute being contested with supporting documentation.

Our website is protected by SSL encryption, ensuring secure transactions and customer data protection.

All payments are processed exclusively through authorized third-party providers, including Shopify Payments and PayPal.
Dinodostns does not store, process, or have access to customers’ payment details at any time.


👟 Product Information

Dinodostns sells independently manufactured footwear, sourced from third-party suppliers and intended for everyday wear and visual presentation.

  • Product images and descriptions accurately represent the items delivered.

  • Minor variations in materials, firmness, shape, or feel are normal and do not constitute defects.

  • Products are not marketed as retail or brand-authorized goods and should not be compared to retail-store versions.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery Process

We work with international suppliers and shipping partners to provide competitive pricing.

Order Flow:

  1. Order confirmation

  2. Processing and dispatch

  3. Transportation through shipping partners

  4. Final delivery by local carriers such as USPS

Estimated delivery times are provided prior to purchase and are informational only, not guarantees.


📦 Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment.
    This is an estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.

  • The official and contractually agreed delivery timeframe for all orders is up to 40 days from the shipping date.

  • During this 40-day period, orders are considered in transit and within the agreed delivery window, even if tracking updates are delayed, paused, or temporarily unavailable.

  • Claims or chargebacks for non-delivery filed before the 40-day delivery timeframe has fully elapsed are considered premature and invalid.


📍 Tracking Information

  • All orders include a tracking number.

  • Tracking information is typically provided within 3–5 business days after purchase.

  • Tracking updates may pause while the package is in transit and may only update once the package reaches a local carrier facility.

  • Lack of tracking movement does not indicate non-shipment or loss.


🛡️ 40-Day Delivery Guarantee (Delivery Only)

This guarantee applies strictly to delivery, not to product preference.

If an order does not arrive within 40 days from the shipping date, the customer may request:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement shipment

If the order arrives after a refund or replacement is issued, the customer may keep the product at no additional cost.

Carrier-related delays after delivery confirmation are not eligible for reimbursement.


💰 Refund Policy

✅ Refunds are issued only if:

  • The product arrives damaged, or

  • The package arrives missing an essential component

To qualify, customers must:

  • Contact support within a reasonable timeframe after delivery

  • Provide clear photographic evidence


❌ Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Personal dissatisfaction or preference

  • Expectations regarding firmness, comfort, or feel

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Size or fit issues

  • Comparisons with retail or brand-store products

  • Postal delays or carrier processing issues

These situations are subjective and do not qualify for refunds.


📦 Missing Items Clarification

  • Removable insoles may be removed prior to photography

  • Complimentary or promotional items are not considered essential components

  • Claims submitted long after delivery may not be eligible for review


📬 Delivery Confirmation

Once a carrier marks an order as Delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.

Dinodostns is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery confirmation.


⚠️ Chargeback Notice

By completing a purchase, the customer:

  • Acknowledges and agrees to all policies listed above

  • Agrees to contact the merchant before initiating any dispute or chargeback

Chargebacks filed for reasons covered by this policy may be formally disputed using shipping records, delivery confirmation, tracking data, and policy acknowledgment.
